About

Karolis comes from diverse cultural and geographical background having lived in four different continents and multiple countries. Whilst Karolis calls Australia home, for the last 10+ years he has spent time between Middle East and Asia what made significant impact on this personal development and professional growth. His career path took him through various Sales and Business leadership roles spanning quite a few countries and various cultures. For over 5 years Karolis is now settled in Singapore and leads Dell Technolgies Multi-cloud and SaaS business across Asia Pacific and Japan. Karolis finished his Bachelor’s and Master’s in International Business at Vilnius University and has an MBA degree from the University of Technology Sydney.

Karolis’ DJ career started in Dubai, UAE, where he finally had a chance to marry his lifelong passion for electronic music with actual DJing . Dubai, being a party capital, presented various opportunities to fail, succeed, crush it and be crushed, which skyrocketed his learning curve. Fast forward to 2019 he moved to Singapore and had to re-establish his DJ network from scratch. Luckily, Karolis managed to build much required loyal audience in Singapore and abroad, both in person and online. That presented opportunities to play in various locations across Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, UAE, Sri Lanka, Thailand and just recently, the United States. Outside of work and DJing, Karolis enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, traveling and practicing martial arts.

Role

Drive end to end sales cycle including demand generation, sales cycle management and closures. Work closely with strategic partners to grow both direct and indirect sales. Lead, coach and mentor junior team members. Identify and secure local and international business growth opportunities across multiple divisions of Element Group.

When needed, assist with equipment set-up, fine tuning, testing and procuring/ retiring the assets
